1. Acceptance of terms
By using abraajwater.app, placing an order through it or through the Abraaj Water Plus app, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the services.
2. Orders and pricing
- All prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar and include applicable fees. Any delivery charge is clearly added to the order total before payment.
- An order is accepted once confirmed and payment has succeeded. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of stock shortage, an evident pricing error, or suspected misuse, with a full refund of any amount paid.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your delivery details (name, phone and address), and for any additional cost caused by incorrect details.
3. Delivery
We deliver to all governorates of Kuwait during working hours. Stated times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic or circumstances beyond our control. If we cannot reach the address or no one answers, a second attempt is made or the order is cancelled in line with the refund policy.
4. Subscriptions and coupons
- Subscriptions renew according to the cycle you choose and can be stopped before the next renewal date.
- Coupons, loyalty points and wallet balance are not convertible to cash and cannot be redeemed after expiry.
- A coupon may not be used more than once or combined with another offer unless explicitly stated.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site or app, attempt unauthorised access to its systems, scrape its data automatically, or use it for unlawful activity. We may block any user who breaches this and cancel their orders.
6. Intellectual property
All trademarks, text, images, designs and content on this site are owned by or licensed to Abraaj Water and may not be copied or reused commercially without prior written permission.
7. Liability
The site and services are provided “as is” and we work to keep them available without interruption. We are not liable for technical downtime, display errors or indirect loss. This does not limit our responsibility for product safety or any mandatory consumer right granted by Kuwaiti law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in the State of Kuwait, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
